Entrance Gate

 

ENTRANCE GATE HOURS
The gate is closed from 6:30PM to 5:30AM.

 

RESIDENT ACCESS
Access Control Panel: Enter # sign followed by your 4-digit code number on the keypad
Entry Transmitter: A small transmitter is available to you for $45 per transmitter and operates like a garage door opener.

Telephone System: Residents can open the gate for guests by phone without revealing their number, the guest simply selects the residents name using the panel, which calls the number on file, all you have to do is press 9: the gate will open, and the line will hang up.
Temporary Access Code: For large groups or parties, a temporary code can be assigned by the gate coordinator.

 

VEHICLE EXIT
Sensors embedded in the road control the exit gate, an approaching vehicle triggers it to open.\

 

SECURITY
It is in the best interest of all residents to maintain control and security of their assigned code number.

A computer monitors the usage of code numbers to detect compromises, and a video recording system provides 24-hour surveillance at the entrance.

EMERGENCY VEHICLES
Emergency and county vehicles have special access codes and procedures for gaining entrance to the area when the gate is closed.
